Ingredients
1/3 cup margarine, softened
1/2 cup liquid fructose
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp rum flavoring
2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 oz. baking chocolate, melted
Directions
Combine margarine and fructose in mixing bowl, beat until smooth and creamy.
Add egg and rum flavoring and beat well.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
Stir into creamed mixture.
Divide dough in half.
To one half of dough, work in the melted chocolate.
Combine white and chocolate doughs and work with your hands to slightly mix doughs.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Roll out to 1/8 in. (3 mm) thickness.
Cut into 2 in. (5 cm) decorative shapes.
Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 8 to 10 minutes.
