Directions
1. On a chopping board, place the lemons and using a sharp knife slice or peel off the skin. Plate the lemons up and set them aside.
MAKING
2. In a juice, add the spinach, romaine, cilantro, kale and celery. Blend the mixture well for about 3 minutes.
3. Add in the ginger, lemons and continue blending for another 3 - 4 minutes or until the mixture is smooth.
4. Take a glass pitcher or jar and pour this green juice into it.
SERVING
5. Serve this green leafy juice either chilled or at room temperature.
