| Rib steaks | 3 Pound (1 ½ Inch Thick) |

Directions
1) In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients to make the marinade
2) In a shallow dish place the steaks and then pour the sauce over to marinade for about 30 minutes basting frequently
3) On a hot grill, place the steaks and grill for about 6 minutes on each side brushing frequently with the marinade
SERVING
4) Serve immediately with some bread, boiled vegetables and a pasta salad
