Easy Fuji Salad Recipe
Foodie, would you like to try a special fuji salad recipe? It is a japanese kitchen invention. I prefer to make fuji salad as an appetizer for all my family get-togethers. Once you try preparing this fuji salad, I am sure you will be making it again!.
Ingredients
2 cups sliced (2 X 1/2-inch) daikon radishes
1 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup diced sweet red peppers
1 cup sugar snap peas, ends and strings removed
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon crushed ginger
1 clove garlic
Directions
Steam the radishes and carrots for 5 minutes, then cool.
In a large bowl, toss them with the peppers and peas.
In a small jar, combine the vinegar, tamari, and ginger.
Add garlic by pushing it through a garlic press into the jar.
Shake well and pour over vegetables.
