Fudgy Fudge Recipe
Ingredients
| Either granulated or loaf sugar- 1 lb | ||
| Large can sweetened full-cream condensed milk- 1 | ||
| Butter | 2 Ounce | |
| Water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Vanilla essence- 1 teaspoon OR Cocoa- 2 tablespoons OR Chocolate powder- 3 tablespoons OR Coffee essence- 2 tablespoons, any of the one u wish to use | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a saucepan, place all the ingredeints, keep stirring until the sugar has dissolved
2. Boil rapidly and continually, stirring occasionally, until the mixture has reached 238°F, you can check the temperature with the sugar thermometer
3. Take the pan away from the heat, and keep beating until the misture begins to thicken
4. In a greased tin, pour the mixture along with butter or oil
5. Once the mixture has set, use a sharp knife to cut the fudge into neat pieces

6. Serve the fudge with ice-cream
