Fudge Frosting With Heavy Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| Unsweetened chocolate square | 2 | |
| Heavy cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Granulated Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Powdered sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Melt chocolate with cream in small heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring until chocolate melts completely.
Stir in granulated sugar and salt.
Bring to a boil.
Boil 1 minute.
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
Beat until smooth.
Add enough powdered sugar to make frosting a soft spreading consistency.
Beat until slightly cooled; spread over brownies.
