Ingredients

 1/3 cup skim milk powder
 1/2 cup soy flour or soy powder, sifted
 Carob1/3 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
 Oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Honey1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Hot water2 Tablespoon
 Peanuts1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Vanilla1 Teaspoon
 Peanuts2/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped

Directions

In a medium sized bowl, combine skim milk powder, soy flour or powder and carob.
Add oil and honey.
Stir in the hot water, then the peanuts and vanilla.
Form into balls the size of an English walnut and roll balls in chopped peanuts.
Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
