Fudgies Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/3 cup skim milk powder | ||
| 1/2 cup soy flour or soy powder, sifted | ||
| Carob | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), sifted | |
| Oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Honey | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Hot water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Peanuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Peanuts | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
In a medium sized bowl, combine skim milk powder, soy flour or powder and carob.
Add oil and honey.
Stir in the hot water, then the peanuts and vanilla.
Form into balls the size of an English walnut and roll balls in chopped peanuts.
Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
