Fudge Ribbon Parfaits Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 pound (about 32) marshmallows
2 1-ounce squares unsweetened chocolate
1 6-ounce can (2/3 cup) evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 quart vanilla ice cream
1 pint chocolate ice cream
Directions
In double boiler heat marshmallows, chocolate, and 2 tablespoons of the milk, stirring frequently, until blended.
Remove from heat; gradually stir in remaining milk and vanilla.
Cool.
In chilled parfait glasses, alternate fudge sauce, vanilla ice cream, and chocolate ice cream.
Top with fluffs of whipped cream.
