Fudge Balls Recipe
Fudge balls are cute little chocolate balls made with chocolate and cream. Flavored with vanilla and sweetened with sugar, these decadent fudge balls are the perfect dessert for a romantic meal.
Ingredients
| Unsweetened chocolate square | 4 , cut into pieces | |
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup hot cream | ||
| Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Soft butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Put all ingredients into Osterizer container, cover and process at BLEND until thick and creamy.
Pour into refrigerator container and refrigerate overnight.
Shape into 3/4 balls, roll in finely ground nuts or toasted coconut.
VARIATIONS: For Rum Balls, substitute rum flavoring for vanilla extract.
For Chocolate Mint Balls, add 2 or 3 drops of essence of peppermint.
