Fudge Scotch Ring Recipe
You can make a fabulous fudge scotch ring with my quick and easy recipe. The Fudge Scotch Recipe is a superb way to make your fudge look great. Really mouth-watering holiday fudge!
Ingredients
1 cup walnut halves
1 (6 ounce) package semlsweet chocolate morsels
1 (6 ounce) package butterscotch morsels
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Red and green candled cherries
Directions
Line bottom of a 9-inch pieplate with a 12-inch square of aluminum foil.
Place a custard cup in center of pieplate.
Arrange 1 cup walnut halves around custard cup, forming a 2-inch wide ring; set aside.
Combine chocolate morsels, butterscotch morsels, and condensed milk in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, and cook, stirring occasionally, until morsels melt and mixture begins to thicken and become smooth.
Remove from heat; stir in 1 cup chopped walnuts and vanilla.
Chill 1 hour.
Spoon chocolate-butterscotch mixture in mounds over walnut halves; remove custard cup.
Decorate with candied cherries.
