Fudge Nut Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Semi-sweet chocolate morsels package | 1 | |
| Pecans | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Shredded coconut | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| 1 baked 9-inch pastry shell (in a glass pie plate) | ||
Directions
Microwave butter and chocolate morsels in a 2-quart glass bowl at HIGH 1 minute.
Mix in pecans, coconut, and sugar.
Stir in eggs.
Pour filling into baked pastry shell.
Microwave at MEDIUM 8 minutes.
Rotate dish 1/4 turn at 2 minute intervals.
Stir once after 4 minutes.
Cool before serving.
