Vanilla Fudge Icing Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups brown sugar, packed | ||
| Butter | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Light cream | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Corn syrup | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Unsweetened chocolate square | 1 | |
| Vanilla | 2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine sugar, butter, cream, corn syrup and chocolate in sauce pan.
Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
Boil hard 2 minutes without stirring.
Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Beat until right consistency to spread.
