Fudge Brownies Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup butter or margarine
6 squares (1 ounce each) unsweetened chocolate
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups chopped walnuts
Confectioners' sugar, optional
Directions
In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter and chocolate; cool for 10 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt.
Stir in the chocolate mixture.
Add flour and nuts; mix well.
Pour into a greased 9-in.square baking pan.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until brownies test done with a wooden pick.
Cool.
Dust with confectioners' sugar if desired.
