Ingredients

 Eggs4 standard
 Lettuce1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 Sugar1 Tablespoon
 Sherry1 Tablespoon
 Milk3 Tablespoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Vegetable oil1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Hot garlic sauce1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Seasonings:-
 Sesame oil2 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

Place shredded lettuce in a bowl, add the seasonings and mix well.
Keep aside.
Beat eggs well, add sugar, sherry, salt, and milk.
Beat again.
Heat a frying pan, brush with oil and pour one-third of the egg mixture.
Shake the pan and spread the mixture evenly.
As it begins to set, roll up like a Swiss roll.
Remove and brush the pan again with oil.
Pour half the egg mixture, spread well as it sets.
Place the egg roll and wrap the second omelette around it.
Again clean the pan and brush oil over it.
Make an omelette and roll in the same way around the first two.
Remove from pan, wrap with a damp cloth.
When cold cut the roll in thick slices.
Place them on a serving dish.
Sprinkle shredded lettuce around it.
Serve with hot garlic sauce.
