1.In a frying pan, pour a little oil and fry the sausages, mushroom, tomatoes and bacon.
2.As they cook, crack both the eggs on the same pan, letting the egg join all the ingredients making a big omelette.
3.Use a brush to paint some extra egg collected on one side to cover the empty side.
4.Let the egg cook for a few minutes.
