Directions

Chill unopened cans of oranges, pineapple, and ham in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook macaroni according to package directions.
Drain.
Turn macaroni into a bowl of ice water.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Drain well.
For dressing, in a small bowl stir together salad dressing or may onnaise, honey vinegar, and celery seed.
Drain orange sections, pineapple, and ham.
Flake ham into chunks.
