Fruity Wine Sauce Recipe
This Fruity Wine Sauce recipe is one of the gems from my family cookbook. I never fail to eat Side Dish while dining out and this is the most common dish that I order. Enjoy this dish with your kin and friends and get back to me with all that they have said.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups red wine
1 orange, thinly sliced
1 lime, thinly sliced
1 apple, thinly sliced
3/4 cup chopped green onion with tops
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Directions
In small saucepan, combine red wine, fruit and green onion; bring to boil.
Stir in butter and parsley; cook and stir until butter is melted and sauce is hot.
