Fruity Whipped Gelatin Recipe
Ingredients
| Fruit Flavored Gelatin - 1 packet | ||
| Boiling water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ice Cubes - 3 nos OR Ice Water - 1/2 cup | ||
| Fruit cocktail | 1 pound, drained | |
| Miniature marshmallows | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Into the blender add in the gelatin and boiling water. Use the Mix blade to blend for 10 seconds till the gelatin dissolves completely.
2) Add in the ice cubes and blend for 10 seconds.
3) Transfer the blend into a bowl.
4) Add in the fruit flavored gelatin and marshmallows. Let the mixture chill till it sets.
5) Into a 5 cup mold or 8X8X2-inch pan. Chill the mixture till it firms up.
SERVING
6) Serve the Fruity Whipped Gelatin as salad or dessert.
