Ingredients
1 8-ounce package
Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup Margarine
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup Red Raspberry Preserves
Directions
Combine cream cheese, sugar and margarine, mixing until well blended.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Blend in vanilla.
Add combined dry ingredients alternately with milk, mixing well after each addition.
Pour into greased and floured 13x9-inch baking pan; dot with preserves.
Cut through batter with knife several times for marble effect.
Bake at 350°, 35 minutes.

Blend in vanilla.
