Fruity Rum Delight Recipe

Ingredients
1 tbsp butter
3 oranges, peeled, cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
3 bananas, peeled, cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
Brown sugar, to taste
Cinnamon, to taste
3 oz rum ice cream
Directions
Set oven rack as close as possible to top element.
Preheat oven to BROIL.
Cut six 10 inch (25 cm) squares of aluminum foil.
Butter center of each square.
Cover with 2 orange slices.
Divide banana slices among servings.
Sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon and 1/2 oz (15 ml) rum.
Seal aluminum squares.
Cook in oven 5 minutes.
Let stand to cool.
Top each fruity rum delight with a scoop of ice cream.
