Ingredients

 Oil2 Tablespoon
 Peanuts1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Sunflower seeds1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sesame seeds1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Mixed dried fruits1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Ground cloves1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Brown rice1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Heat oil in heavy bottom skillet; add peanuts, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds.
Cook and stir until slightly browned.
Stir in the mixed fruit, cloves and salt.
Then add cooked rice.
Place in a 2 quart, oiled casserole; bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
