Fruity Oatmeal Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 Small, beaten | |
| All-Purpose Flour-2 Cups | ||
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Baking soda | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Oats | 2 Cup (16 tbs), rolled | |
| Raisins | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), candied | |
| Lemon peel | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), candied | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Pre-heat the oven by setting the temperature to 325°F (160°C).
MAKING
2) Take a bowl, add the sugar, and butter creaming them together until they turn fluffy and light.
3) Add the eggs to it, beating well.
4) Add the flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon to the mixture , blending them in.
5) Add the raisins, peel and rolled oats to it.
6) Take a cookie sheet and butter it.
7) Add the mixture drop by drop on the sheet with the help of a spoon.
8) Place inside a pre-heated oven and bake for 20 minutes approximately.

9) Serve as required.
