Fruity Ginger Ale Mould Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 package lemon-flavored gelatin | ||
| Boiling water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| 1 small bottle ginger ale, chilled | ||
| 1 unpared apple, cut in thin wedges | ||
| Apple | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Seedless green grapes | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pineapple tidbits | 1 9 Ounce, drained | |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add salt, cool.
Add ginger ale.
Chill till partially set.
Arrange apple wedges in 5 1/2-cup mold.
Pour in a little of gelatin mixture.
Chill quickly in freezing compartment till set.
Add rest of ingredients to rest of gelatin mixture.
Pour in mold.
Chill firm.
Add salt, cool.
Add ginger ale.
Chill till partially set.
