Fruity Duck Fondue Recipe
Ingredients
| Brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon (Marmalade Sauce:) | |
| Orange juice | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) (Marmalade Sauce:) | |
| Orange marmalade | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Marmalade Sauce:) | |
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon (Marmalade Sauce:) | |
| Raisins | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (Marmalade Sauce:) | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon (Wine & Cherry Sauce:) | |
| Black cherries | 1 Can (10oz), drained (Wine & Cherry Sauce:) | |
| Red wine | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) (Wine & Cherry Sauce:) | |
| Pinch allspice | ||
Directions
Cut duck in pieces 3/4 inch wide.
Coat in seasoned flour.
To make Marmalade Sauce, simmer brown sugar, orange juice, marmalade, lemon juice and raisins in a small saucepan 5 minutes.
To make Wine & Cherry Sauce, simmer sugar, cherries, wine and allspice in a small saucepan 15 minutes.
Press through a sieve; serve sauce warm.
