 Brown sugar1 Tablespoon (Marmalade Sauce:)
 Orange juice2/3 Cup (16 tbs) (Marmalade Sauce:)
 Orange marmalade1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Marmalade Sauce:)
 Lemon juice3 Tablespoon (Marmalade Sauce:)
 Raisins1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (Marmalade Sauce:)
 Sugar1 Tablespoon (Wine & Cherry Sauce:)
 Black cherries1 Can (10oz), drained (Wine & Cherry Sauce:)
 Red wine1/3 Cup (16 tbs) (Wine & Cherry Sauce:)
 Pinch allspice

Directions

Cut duck in pieces 3/4 inch wide.
Coat in seasoned flour.
To make Marmalade Sauce, simmer brown sugar, orange juice, marmalade, lemon juice and raisins in a small saucepan 5 minutes.
To make Wine & Cherry Sauce, simmer sugar, cherries, wine and allspice in a small saucepan 15 minutes.
Press through a sieve; serve sauce warm.
