Fruity Dessert Cups Recipe
Ingredients
1 (8-ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 1/4 cups red grapes
2 kiwifruit, peeled, sliced
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup orange-flavored liqueur (optional)
Directions
Combine pineapple, grapes and kiwifruit; cover.
Refrigerate.
When ready to serve, spoon fruit mixture into individual dessert dishes.
Top with ice cream; drizzle with liqueur.
