Fruity Cranberry Punch Recipe
Ingredients
| Cranberry juice | 4 Cup (16 tbs), chilled | |
| Pineapple juice | 4 Cup (16 tbs), chilled | |
| Sugar | 2 Cup (16 tbs), divided | |
| Almond extract | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 gallon strawberry ice cream, softened | ||
| Whipping cream | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ginger ale | 1 Liter, chilled | |
Directions
In a large punch bowl, combine juices, 1-1/2 cups sugar, almond extract and ice cream.
Refrigerate until serving.
Just before serving, beat cream in a mixing bowl.
Gradually add the remaining sugar, beating until soft peaks form.
Whisk gently into chilled juice mixture.
Add ginger ale.
Refrigerate any leftovers.
