Fruity Chicken Liver Kebabs Recipe
Ingredients
| Dried apricots | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chicken livers | 500 Gram | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Honey | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 teaspoon grated green ginger | ||
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Bacon rashers | 7 | |
| Prunes | 1 Cup (16 tbs), pitted | |
Directions
Cover apricots with cold water, stand 30 minutes.
Combine halved livers with soy sauce, honey and ginger, stand 30 minutes.
Heat oil in pan or on barbecue plate, cook livers until lightly browned all over.
Cut each bacon rasher into 3 pieces crossways.
Wrap each piece of liver in a piece of bacon.
Skewer prunes, apricots and chicken rolls onto skewers.
Brush lightly with oil, barbecue until bacon is cooked.
