Fruits Of The Sea Mayonnaise Ring Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 pkg. lemon jello | ||
| Boiling water | 1 Pint | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Pint | |
| Whipped cream | 1/2 Pint | |
| Chives | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Pimientos | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Capers | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sea food to fill center of ring | ||
Directions
Dissolve jello in a scant pint of boiling water.
When cool, add mayonnaise, whipped cream, chives, pimiento, and capers.
Marinate the shrimp, crab, lobster in a red dressing 1/2 hour before serving.
In the meanwhile, pour jello mixture into a wet ring mold.
Just before serving time, unmold ring, fill center with sea food.
Garnish with tomato cubes, hard-boiled egg, asparagus tips, or any desired garnishing.
