 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and and cored

 2 nectarines, halved, stoned and sliced sliced
 Whipping cream250 Milliliter
 2 tablespoons fine sugar

Directions

1. Cut the pineapple into thin slices, then halve the slices.
2. Arrange attractively on individual heatproof plates with the other fruits.
3. Pour over the cream and sprinkle with the sugar.
4. Place under a broiler for 2-3 minutes, until beginning to caramelize.
