Fruited Melon Cups Recipe
Ingredients
| Dairy sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry mustard | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Honey | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Orange peel | 1/2 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Orange juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Honeydew melon halves, or slices | ||
| Fresh blueberries | ||
| Banana slices | ||
Directions
Combine sour cream, mustard, and honey.
Beat with electric beater 5 to 7 minutes, or till fluffy.
Add orange peel and dash salt; slowly beat in fruit juices.
Chill at least 1 hour.
Fill chilled melon halves with blueberries, banana slices; spoon dressing over.
