Fruited Tangerine Ice Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 7-ounce bottles ginger ale | ||
| 1 6-ounce can frozen tangerine juice concentrate | ||
| 1 1-pound 14-ounce can fruit cocktail, chilled and drained | ||
Directions
Combine ginger ale and tangerine concentrate; stir just till concentrate melts.
Pour into refrigerator tray; freeze till firm.
At serving time, break into chunks; beat with electric or rotary beater just till broken up (don't overheat).
Stir in fruit cocktail and serve in chilled glasses.
