Ingredients

 4 pork loin or rib chops, (about 1/2 inch thick)
 Pineapple chunks1 Can (10oz), drained
 Prunes1 Cup (16 tbs), pitted
 Dried apricots1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/2 cup bottled sweet and spicy
 French salad dressing

Directions

Cook pork over medium heat until brown.
Drain.
Place pineapple, prunes, and apricots on pork.
Pour dressing over fruit and pork.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer until pork is donc-20-25 minutes.
