Fruited Ham Slice Recipe
|Fully cooked ham slice||2 Pound (Cut 1 Inch Thick, 1 In Number)|
|Canned apricot halves||16 Ounce (1 Can, Juice Pack)|
|Low calorie orange marmalade||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely chopped candied ginger||1 Teaspoon|
|Seedless green grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs), halved|

Panbroil ham in heavy skillet over medium heat until lightly browned and heated, about 16 to 18 minutes, turning occasionally. (Electric skillet 300°.)
Drain apricots, reserving juice.
Combine juice with marmalade and ginger; pour around ham.
Arrange apricots and grapes around ham.
Simmer, covered, to heat fruit, 5 minutes.
Remove ham to heated platter; keep warm.
Combine cornstarch and 2 tablespoons cold water; add to skillet mixture.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Spoon some sauce over ham; pass remaining sauce.
