Fruited Ham Kabobs Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 small green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces | ||
| 1 slice lean cooked ham, cur into 1-inch cubes | ||
| Mandarin oranges | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| 12 dried pitted baby prunes | ||
| 1/4 cup unsweetened orange juice | ||
| 1 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce | ||
| Ground cinnamon | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Dash of garlic powder | ||
Directions
Parboil green pepper pieces 0 to 5 minutes; drain and let cool.
Alternately thread green pepper pieces, ham cubes, orange segments, and prunes on 6 (12-inch) wooden skewers.
Place kabobs in a 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish.
Combine orange juice and remaining ingredients, stirring well.
Pour marinade mixture over kabobs.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator 2 hours.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
