Fruited Baked Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 broiler-fryer cut in serving pieces | ||
| Mix package | 1 , seasoned | |
| 1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerator biscuits | ||
| Peach | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Orange marmalade | ||
Directions
Prepare chicken with mix as directed on mix package.
Arrange in greased shallow baking dish and bake in preheated moderate oven (375°F.) 50 minutes, or until done.
Remove from oven and increase temperature to 475°F.
Stack chicken in center of dish.
Put biscuits in one end of dish and peaches in other end; dot peaches with marmalade.
Return to oven 10 minutes, or until biscuits are done.
