Ingredients

 
1 cup homemade yogurt juice of one orange
 
2 cups fresh or fresh frozen strawberries
 
1 tablespoon raw honey
 
1 pound can crushed pineapple (packed in its own juice), including juice
 
1/2 cup non-instant dry milk powder
 
Optional:
 
1 banana
 
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
Freeze in ice cube trays or other container.
If possible, beat once before freezing is complete.
