Fruit Streusel Pudding Cake Recipe
Ingredients
1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling
1 can (8 3/4 ounces) sliced peaches
1/2 package (18.5-ounce size) yellow cake mix with pudding (about 2 cups)
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/3 cup margarine or butter
Directions
Mix pie filling and peaches (with syrup) in un greased 2 quart casserole.
Sprinkle cake mix (dry), nuts and cinnamon onto fruit mixture.
Microwave margarine uncovered until melted, 30 seconds to 1 minute; drizzle over topping.
Microwave uncovered until bubbly and topping is almost firm, 11 to 13 minutes, rotating cas serole every 4 minutes.
