Low Fat Fruit Smoothie Recipe
I make fruit smoothie with just about any fruit.This one is a kiwi fruit smoothie.It is low on fat & I have used low sugar to take it easy on the calorie in take.

Ingredients
1 cup vanilla low fat yogurt
4 medium size kiwi, peeled,& sliced
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup low fat sugar
crushed ice
Directions
Blend all the ingredients in a blender.Blend well till it becomes smooth.Serve with a slice of kiwi fruit.
