Fruit Salad With Pineapple-Spice Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
2 navel oranges, peeled and cut in chunks
1 medium grapefruit, peeled and cut in chunks
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 pear, cored and cut in chunks
2 cups juice-packed canned pineapple chunks, 1/2 cup juice reserved
2 tablespoons dry white wine or white grape juice
Pinch of ground cinnamon
Pinch of ground nutmeg
Directions
1. Combine oranges, grapefruit, strawberries, and pear.
2. Combine reserved pineapple juice, white wine or white grape juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a jar with a tight lid. Shake until blended.
3. Toss dressing over fruit.
4. Cover and chill for 45 minutes.
