1 oz. raspberries
 
1 yellow kiwi, peeled and laminated
 
lemon olive oil
 
cane sugar
 
1/2 mango, cut up
 
1/2 orange, chopped
 
1/2 grapefruit, chopped
 
1 pineapple slice, chopped
 
chopped fresh basil
 
1 oz. red currants

Directions

Place pineapple on a plate.
Add mango to the plate.
Add orange and grapefruit.
Add kiwi.
Add raspberries and red currants.
Garnish with basil.
Top with a few drops of lemon olive oil and a dash of sugar.
