Directions

Blend cream cheese with 2 tblspns, cream.
Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and sugar.
Chop glace cherries and add cheese mixture, together with other prepared fruits and nuts.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into freezer tray and freeze without stirring.
Cut in slices and arrange on lettuce leaves.
Garnish with fresh strawberries or whole nuts.
