Ingredients

 Pineapple chunks2 Can (20 oz)
 Marshmallows12 , cut up
 Cream cheese1 , softened
 Mayonnaise1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Confectioner's sugar2 Tablespoon
 Pecans1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Chopped peaches2 Cup (32 tbs), drained
 Apricots2 Cup (32 tbs), drained
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Flaked coconut1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Maraschino cherries1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Heavy cream1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped

Directions

Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
Heat juice slightly; add all remaining ingredients.
Pour into fruit cans; freeze.
Cut out bottom of cans; push out salad.
Slice and serve on lettuce leaves.
