Fruit Salad Freeze Recipe
Ingredients
| Pineapple chunks | 2 Can (20 oz) | |
| Marshmallows | 12 , cut up | |
| Cream cheese | 1 , softened | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Confectioner's sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Pecans | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chopped peaches | 2 Cup (32 tbs), drained | |
| Apricots | 2 Cup (32 tbs), drained | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Flaked coconut | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Maraschino cherries | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Heavy cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped |
Directions
Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
Heat juice slightly; add all remaining ingredients.
Pour into fruit cans; freeze.
Cut out bottom of cans; push out salad.
Slice and serve on lettuce leaves.
