Pinch of cayenne
4 tbsp.cream
2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 pt.heavy cream whipped
Directions
Beat egg yolks well.
Blend sugar, salt, mus tard and cayenne; stir into egg yolks.
Add cream; cook in double boiler until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add vinegar.
Stir in whipped cream before serving.
