Directions

Combine mayonnaise and softened cream cheese, mix until smooth.
Soak gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes; dissolve over hot water.
Blend into cheese mixture.
Whip heavy cream until stiff and fold into cheese mixture.
Chill until gelatin begins to set, about 15 minutes.
Rinse a loaf pan 81/2x41/2x21/2-inch with cold water.
Line the sides of the pan about 1/2 -inch thick with gelatin mixture.
Fill inside with fruit cocktail, packing firmly.
Spread remainder of cheese mixture on top and chill 3 or 4 hours.
Unmold on a platter.
Garnish with orange sections and salad greens.
