 Skim milk1 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 dates, pitted and chopped
 Salt1 Dash
 3/4 ounce uncooked quick farina
 Granulated Sugar1/2 Teaspoon
 Vanilla extract1/4 Teaspoon
 Margarine1 Teaspoon
 Dash ground cinnamon

Directions

In small saucepan combine milk, dates, and salt and bring to a boil; gradually stir in farina.
Add sugar and vanilla and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened, 2 to 3 minutes.
Spoon into a bowl, stir in margarine, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
