1 banana, cut into thick slices
 
1/4 cup lemon juice
 
1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
 
1 cup cantaloupe balls
 
1 cup honeydew melon balls
 
1 cup fresh grapes Dressing
 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese,softened
 
1 tablespoon sugar
 
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
 
1/2 to 1 teaspoon ground ginger
 
6 tablespoons orange juice

Directions

Dip banana slices in lemon juice to prevent browning.
Alternate fruits on 12 bamboo skewers.
Chill.
In small bowl, blend cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
