Fruit Juice Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
| Cranberry juice cocktail | 24 Ounce | |
| Chopped fresh mint | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Frozen raspberries | 15 Ounce | |
| Ginger ale | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Ice | 3 |
Directions
Put 1 cup of cranberry juice in small saucepan and add mint.
Bring to a boil, turn down heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool, covered.
Strain into large pitcher.
Add remaining cranberry juice.
Press raspberries through a sieve and discard seeds.
Add raspberry puree to cranberry juice and chill well.
Add ginger ale at serving time and serve in 6-oz. glasses over ice cubes.
