Directions

Soften gelatin in cold water.
Add sugar, salt and boiling water and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Add lemon juice and wine and chill until the consistency of unbeaten egg'whites.
Peel oranges, remove all membrane and section.
Prepare grapes.
Peel and core pears and cut into sections.
Fold in fruit and pour into a 1 1/2- quart mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold on salad greens.
