Ingredients

 
1 package (15.4 ounces) creamy white frosting mix
 
2 cups whipping cream
 
1 large banana
 
1 can (8 1/4 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
 
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin orange segments, drained
 
1/ cup halved maraschino cherries, drained
 
1/3 cup cut up dates
 
1/3 cup chopped pecans, if desired
 
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions

Chill frosting mix (dry) and whipping cream covered in small mixer bowl at least 1 hour.
Beat until soft peaks form.
Slice banana into frosting mixture; fold in remaining ingredients.
Pour mixture into baking pan, 9x9x2 inches, or 2 refrigerator trays.
Wrap, label and freeze.
Freeze until firm, at least 4 hours.
Remove from freezer 5 minutes before cutting.
