Baked Fruit Compote Using Brown Sugar Recipe

Ingredients

 1 can black cherries, pitted, with juice
 Peaches1 Can (10oz), drained
 Brown sugar1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dried apricots1 box
 Juice of 1 orange
 Lemon juice1
 Grated rind and fine slivers of lemon and orange

Directions

Place all ingredients in large baking dish; bake in 350°F oven 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Cook down until caramelized.
Serve cold, or, better still, reheated with sour cream or unsweetened whipped cream.
